I have been going to this Doctors for more than 5 years. I was running late due to traffic. When I arrived I was told it is company policy to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Customer service has gone down the hill since Sandy and Erin left. It must be nice to have so much business you can just ignore your past customers. I won't be back
If you have high anxiety this is the place for you! They are all truly amazing! I feel so safe knowing my eye care is in their hands especially since I am a diabetic. Dr. DeVita is so sweet and very compassionate. It’s like a big family In this office and each patient is a part of that family! Thank you Eye Vermont!

My 8 year old just had her first eye exam at Eye Vermont and was very nervous about the eye drops. Dr. DeVita was amazing with her! Very patient and kind, as was the rest of the staff. I couldn't get over how sweet everyone was and they all seemed like they really enjoyed working there, which says a lot about a company. If you are looking for an eye doctor, I highly recommend them! They are fantastic!!
