Very Disappointing Experience on Sep-03-2026 I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, especially the young lady working at the front desk. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way she spoke to and treated clients was completely unacceptable. Good customer service should start at the front desk, but unfortunately, I received the opposite. Excellent service. Whenever I need new glasses, I usually do a bit of research because I have a high prescription and need to make a smart choice, given the significant cost involved. I feel I made the right decision by going to Eye Town Vision Center. The young staff at the front desk were very friendly, and Dr. Surmaty was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Honestly. This is the best ever hospitality I have ever seen at an optometrist office. The pretty lady in front desk and the kind gentleman in the front desk. Are so welcoming and supportive. She literally took time from her busy day to come and help me with an issue I had with contacts. Helped me , held her word and was just so kind. Please if the owner sees this keep her forever
We had such a great experience with Dr. Idriss! She was so kind and patient with both me and my 5-year-old son. She made him feel comfortable right away, and the whole visit was easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!
