5 stars!! This morning I went to Eye Town to buy some petite frames and I had a wonderful experience. Katy and the ladies at the front were very nice and helpful, they also gave me a great deal for two frames. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for frames, lenses, and great customer service!
Terrible service and the staff are so rude. It is impossible to make an appointment. I have tried calling 2 times each time I am on a long hold and no one gets back to me. Staff is very rude on the phone. Trying to get an appointment via phone here is ridiculously complicated.
They gave me back my vision after 4 months of not being able to see thank you so much I can drive again and go places without being assisted thank you for giving me me my life back and being kind to people with autism
I loved this office! Dr.Surmaty is very nice and a good Doctor, The front desk young lady Katy is very helpful as soon as I got out of the exam room she approached me to help me choose my frames and nice I definitely would come back here!
