WORST EYE DOCTOR EVER. Took my boyfriend to have an eye exam. Paid $120 for a contact fitting as well. We had to go back THREE TIMES. First she said he needed a prescription. Then she said he needed reading glasses. And then she said he needed prescription glasses again. When we went back the third time she pretty much yanked the contacts out of his eyes scratching the left one. She has absolutely no manners when it comes to dealing with people and every time we went she rushed through everything. Waiting to be refunded so w... read more
will never go back. The doc did an excellent exam, Spent $800 on glasses to only have them break multiple times (6 times in 5 months), came back with scratched lens twice. staff treated us like dirt and accused us of being the reason glasses were breaking even through one time they broke within 5 minutes of putting them on while in the store. so at this moment spent $800 and have no glasses.
I went to eye to eye optical to have my exam done, the office staff of 2 girls were AWESOME!!!! . they treated me like I was important to them, they helped me pick out my glasses and told me what looked good and what didn't. That was very helpful to me , no other offices ever did that for me before. when I go back and those 2 girls are not still working there , I will take my business elsewhere..On the other hand the doctor was not very nice to me, she seemed to be in a hurry and her mind seemed to be occupied on other thing... read more
i wanted a change so i went to eye to eye optical, the doctor was great and did a thorough exam and was very nice. the staff was great ,and very friendly, we joked and laughed as they helped pick out glasses for me. it was as if i had been going there for years, they are very honest in giving opinion on what you look like when you try on glasses...Great manager ,we just love her. i would highly recommend that people should go to eye to eye optical.
Would never go back!!! Just lost a bunch of money because the did not give me the right size contact and they wont let me get the right sz. I think they are rude and dumb people. Never again! 0 stars
