Worse management! I would never come back to this place! Kevin kept promising and denied what he promised! Only good speaking but worse customer service! Big Liar!
Great service! I just wanted to comment that I had great service when I was here. I'm not sure what Peter L. review is talking about because I had a totally different experience. The staff did do everything to make sure that I was satisfied with my glasses to a reasonable extent. Do NOT trust these people I would never come back to this horrible place. Kevin was a liar and rude. Dr Joos fail to contact my call several times. It was his terrible staffs replied the call. I can never talk to a live person, always playing phone tag. As a professional medical doctor, he shouldn't hire unprofessional staff. Cindi Bates Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you know (for those of you that didn't) - I left Eye to Eye right after Dr. Jones left so not sure why my name is still associated with Eye to Eye. I miss you all!
See Dr Only! Dr Jones is fabulous! I would highly recommend him but not the Staff. They're terrible! They even make jokes about the fact that customers have said they are rude!
5 Star Doctor - 1 Star Staff Dr. Jones has a warm demeanor. He is patient, and dedicated to getting fittings and prescriptions accurate. I have gone to him twice for glasses and contacts. I am extremely near sighted with a stigmatism, and Dr. Jones has given me the best prescription I have had in years.
Eye exam with Dr. Jones is highly recomemded He is such a friendly, nice Dr. - if you need eye exam I highly recommend Dr. Jones BUT don't buy any of your eyeglasses or contact lenses at Eye to Eye because the workers are rude. And even their manager is rude like them. They will tell you that they'll call you but their not. They are such a lier!!! And also they charge too much. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER The star is for the Doctor. It is a new one and she is great. Some of the staff (office manager) is loud, rude, disorganized and condescending. There have been so many mess ups that I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as my contacts arrive, which is taking forever. they have a great selection of glasses.
AWESOME STAFF & DOC - WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT I have been a patient at Eye to Eye for at least 10 years. I did try another outfit when my insurance changed but now I go back and bill the insurance myself. The staff is so helpful and really wants you to look good, make sure the glasses are fitting properly. I watch them with other customers too and its like a family business, like they have known you for years and are great friends.
