Friendly staff, very informative, I also love the varieties of glasses they have. Accepts a lot of different insurances and they do not push you to buy things you don't want to buy and respect your decisions. A great eye doctor to go to and the doctor himself is very kind and he makes sure you understand what is going on.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Tsao and his team while being treated for my dry eyes. From the very beginning, Dr. Tsao and his staff were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in explaining what was causing my symptoms and what treatment options were available. Subpar experience at best. On top of your $10 copay, you will be forced to pay $39 to have images of your eye taken every single time. For eye inflammation diagnosis, they want you to pay $250 to have special images of your eye taken just for the Dr to tell you the images reveled what he expected. I’ve been requesting full patient history chart and images for almost a week.
