My experience at this clininc with Dr Colby Hart has been VERY disappointing - complaints of after surgery effects taken lightly- an adverse reation to eye drop medication and after effects to the anestetic not diagnosed - as I travelled in from regional Victoria and with a long holiday weekend after the surgery date it was difficult to get help and problems I had where brushed of for several days- situation ongoing !!
Dr Cassidy was my doctor and I unfortunately did not have a very good experience at this clinic. I did not feel listened to or considered. I explained numerous times that my vision was getting worse, but was told to keep taking my medication there's nothing else they can do. I was recommended to Dr Colby Hart by a relative for lens replacement and am thrilled with the results. Colby was extremely thorough from the first consult and after listening to my concerns and expectations , gave me his opinion on the best way to achieve them.
