After my first surgery, I said I would never go back because they kept sending me bills after I had paid it in full. Unfortunately, I did have a second surgery and was sent a bill for what my insurance company did not pay. I called the billing department to pay it and was told my balance was $474.11 more. When I asked why they did not know why and would have to investigate and it would take a week to get back to me. Please do not use them if you don't want billing hassles.
Teresa, the manager was outstanding and came out to tell us of delays and keep us informed in the waiting room. She gave us validations for our parking and we love her Portia at the front was so accommodating Wonderful staff Mr Cameron Kelpsa
