The staff was fantastic, everyone was extremely kind and helpful and explained everything very well. Mom was very satisfied!
Hubby had eye surgery. Friendly people.. But dont have anything planned for rest of the day. It takes all day long. They waiting is longer then the procedure.
Took my Dad's here for cataract surgery. The staff was very informative and nice. They did one eye. And few weeks later the other eye. He had a great experience. It was very clean. My only complaint is they don't have a vending area. For guest. And your not allowed to leave while they're doing the surgery. So be sure to take something to drink with you. The first eye we were there almost 5 hours. They do offer coffee but it wasn't changed while we were there.
I was impressed with the Eye Surgery Clinic of Elizabethtown's reception staff, who provided friendly and efficient service. Kaylee, my pre-op nurse, was outstanding in her care, answering questions and administering medications timely. Appointment time is not accurate, plan on waiting at least 1.5 hrs to go in. Staff was great, Dr’s are great.
