Dreadful care. Typical surgeons, making lots of money. Do not use, if you are old, or in the public system
Dr Josh Lane was amazing, did a perfect job on my cataract surgery - I was cleared for driving next day. He is very caring, listens and explains. The staff are also very caring and highly professional as well. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend. Note - Orange Base Hospital nurses were excellent.
I would not dengrate them but will not be recommending them. I am gutted, frustrated, disappointed and angry by the result of my cataract operation but at the end of the day, there is nothing I can do about it: the medical profession historically closes ranks when anyone attempts to give anything but compliments. As I said, I will not be recommending either the Practice or the Surgeon who stuffed up my eye. He was recommended as a top person in his field. I do not think so.
