I would not dengrate them but will not be recommending them. I am gutted, frustrated, disappointed and angry by the result of my cataract operation but at the end of the day, there is nothing I can do about it: the medical profession historically closes ranks when anyone attempts to give anything but compliments. Worst service ever. My appointment was for 1.30pm today. A nurse took my details around 2.00pm and took me to another waiting broom and said the doctor would come and get me. At 2.40pm I find out there is still someone ahead of me. At no time did any one say the doctor was running late. I was on my lunch break and left as I had to get back to work. I know doctors are highly trained but my time is important as well and I find the culture of doctors being so important that they keep people waiting is so rude. I will put up wit... read more
