Whelp - Looks like I need to find a new eye doctor! On February 20, I visited Eye Associates of Hollywood and saw Dr. Garcia. She was great, kind, energetic, and finally gave me a diagnosis that explained what had been going on with my eyes. I felt hopeful after that visit. Their billing needs serious improvements. They’ll perform random services without prior authorization, then send you random bills in the mail. And you can never reach their billing department. They sent our name to collections for a bill we were unaware of and we can’t dispute it or get an explanation. It’s incredibly frustrating and needs to change.
Like any Dr office you’ll have to wait some time. It wasn’t unreasonable Julio was wonderful with my daughter and so was the entire staff!!!
Horrible , you can’t speak to anyone from the actual Office everything is through a call center still waiting for someone to call me back from the office after I was told somebody was gonna call me back
