I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor and his staff. Unfortunately, I don’t believe they are well-suited to care for children, as they showed little compassion or understanding in our situation. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and we arrived at 2:48 PM. Due to traffic and accidentally entering the wrong address, we ended up being 17 minutes late. Being a regular customer, I called to get a contact lenses prescription for my son. The customer service was horrible. I left multiple phone messages to the office and received a call back two weeks later. No apologies, just treated as if I should be glad they even called me back. They need to improve the quality of their service team.
1 Estrella porque no puedo colocar menos. Irrespetuosos, desconsiderados, mala atención al público, el sistema es un desastre, desorganizados. No se como explicar la mala, malísima experiencia que tuve hoy. Tome una cita hace un tiempo y hoy el sistema no tenía mis datos, simplemente me dijeron traiga un nuevo referral!!! Poor customer service and almost impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office without getting a runaround. For a few weeks now we were trying to get our daughter medical record without success. We have very different diagnosis from another Ophthalmologist and are very concerned that nothing was detected with Dr. Dorfman, but still no way of contacting the doctor directly. Would defiantly not recommend to anyone.
Very unprofessional. I’ve come to this man 5 times within the two years of my sons life to get a light shined in his face and get a pamphlet taken out every time. The five times I came it was the same process and a copayment of 40$ and 65$ after. He then before leaving referenced to my 6 month old (which is not his patient) and said that she was going to have the same issue as my son. If you can tell im a concerned mother how about do some research and show me the facts instead of showing me three pictures off of a pamphlet ... read more
