There is a reason this loacation has only 2 stars and unless they make some serious changes, I suspect it will continue to drop. First of all, its extremely annoying to be asked 10+ times if you want prescription glasses even after opting out during the check in process. As part of the check in process, you have to verify your information and scan with your ID and insurance card(s), but they still hand you a clipboard of forms to fill out with the same information. Shameful and completely unprofessional experience. For days before the appointment, we completed online forms, entered all requested information, confirmed insurance details, and went through the entire registration process. On top of that, we spent nearly an hour on the phone during the scheduling process specifically verifying all information to make sure everything was properly accepted and confirmed before the appointment. Marissa was so sweet and patient with my autistic son, even though he was freaking out just a little with some of the tests, she put him at ease. The doctor didn't really make eye contact with either of us when we walked into the room,but she was nice during the testing stuff, short and to the the point.
Horrific Customer service. They reall have no consideration for their patients’ time. My appointment was for 2pm today, they finally called me in around 2:45 PM and I was seen by an assistant, then asked to wait again and at 3:20 I asked how much longer because I had to pick my son up at school and was told there were three more people ahead of me. I told them that my appointment was for 2pm and the assistant told me that the person before had their appointment for 1:30pm. So my question is why are you seeing people 2 hours ... read more
