A wonderful service staffed by competent, professional, and friendly staff. I've been coming here for well over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Heather Mack has looked after me and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. Recently, Nathan Kerr performed cataract surgery and inserted interocular lenses. The result was amazing and Nathan was brilliant. Top class health care provider in every respect.
Avoid this clinic. They intentionally over quoted me and were going to overcharge me for a consultation. It wasn't until I questioned the excessive fee that they 'checked' and quoted me for $300 less than the initial quote. They had knowingly and intentionally added in a billable fee for something that was unrelated to the issue that I was coming in for. Unsatisfactory.
I’ve been here 3 times and although the staff are very friendly the wait times are ridiculous. I’ve waited over an hour each time and no one ever phones to say they’re running behind. That’s all it would take to improve things, a simple courtesy phone call.
My husband has been consulting Dr Kerr at the East Melbourne clinic over many years and the experience has been so professional!! Then today he took time off from work and I drove him over two hours from Werribee to consult another specialist. Our appointment was at 4pm and as soon as we arrived we were advised by a receptionist that there would be a two hour wait!!
