Most unorganized clinic I have ever attended, staff not interested, equipment is dirty,
The Orthoptist “Amanda” was completely unprofessional. Doesn’t provide any clarification or seek any consent prior to instructing any test. They don’t listen to patients troubles or experiences. Very hard to talk with. Zero quality of service. Not caring at all. Very uncomfortable to communicate with her.
I paid $250 for a specialist consultation, but unfortunately I was given the same advice and treatment as my GP had already provided. Sadly, I am still experiencing the same eye pain with no improvement. I was hoping for a more thorough assessment and clearer direction for relief.
A wonderful service staffed by competent, professional, and friendly staff. I've been coming here for well over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Heather Mack has looked after me and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. Recently, Nathan Kerr performed cataract surgery and inserted interocular lenses. The result was amazing and Nathan was brilliant. Top class health care provider in every respect.
Avoid this clinic. They intentionally over quoted me and were going to overcharge me for a consultation. It wasn't until I questioned the excessive fee that they 'checked' and quoted me for $300 less than the initial quote. They had knowingly and intentionally added in a billable fee for something that was unrelated to the issue that I was coming in for.
