Everything about this place has been crooked since I started coming here, and it started before I even had my appointment. Originally, I had specifically asked what my out-of-pocket cost would be after insurance and was told it would be around $50, if that. Based on that information, I agreed to the visit. Weeks later, I received a surprise bill for nearly $300. When I contacted the office, there was no accountability for the estimate I had been given. Dt.Faulkner and Dr. McNaughton are VERY thorough and courtrous. Best eye exams I have ever had. Dr. McNaughton did cataract SX. Great job. A+++++.

I have been looking for a specific pair of sunglasses from American Optical and they are a dealer. Online they are always out of stock and not possible to find anywhere else. I talked to Audrey and she said she could call her rep and see what she could do for me. I wasn't expecting anything as I've never dealt with her or this business and didn't give it another thought.
