Waiting on my eyeglasses and sunglasses since Sept. 18, 2013. Still have nothing to see with! They sure were on the ball when it came to debiting the payment from my account that very day! Brandi, "the one that makes things happen" does not make anything happen. As of today no one, including Brandi, has any idea where my glassses are! Brandi has made the decision that they will not be refunding my money so that I may purchase glasses elsewhere. Humm....
