RecommendedMy daughter and I were first time patients with Dr. Escobar and we both had a wonderful experience! The office is very clean! From making the appointment, to our actual appointment was a great experience! She also took time to listen to our concerns and put our minds at ease! And the variety of frames was an added bonus as well! Great job!
I have visited the Ellenville and Monticello office and have had a great experience each time. They do a wonderful job sanitizing and keeping us safe from covid. They are friendly and efficient.
Don’t bother. I called 3 times to set up an appointment and they didn’t have the courtesy to even call me back. Smh
I went today for the first time to the eye studio. I was hurt pretty bad recently but the dr was super understanding and patient with me being on the slower side. I had heard secretary mention I was the last appt for the day and the dr never once mentioned that or acted like she needed to leave. (I’ve seen it before). It was very professional and she was so helpful. Small but efficient! Excellent little practice.
The Eye Studio is only out for the money. They don't care if the patient got the wrong lenses and she can't see out of them. They never told me about warranty and I didn't have the money to pick up lenses right away. It should be from the time you paid for them. They just take your money and don't care about your eye sight.
