Sam is my go-to for bodywork. They are incredibly knowledgeable and especially great for anyone who is hypermobile. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and why, which helps me understand how my body is responding and how to better support it between sessions. Their intuitive approach and deep understanding of body mechanics make such a difference — every appointment leaves me feeling more balanced, grounded, and at ease. I could not recommend them more highly.
Had a gift certificate for a 90-min. sports massage and it was the perfect gift—the office is accessible via the Metro, though I had to call to enter the building, since it was the weekend. The office is simple and relaxing, and I had Edmund for the massage—he was amazing! Professional, welcoming, and helpful. He did well to explain not just what he was doing but why certain muscles were tight, how I might move more effectively, etc. I hadn't expected to learn so much! I feel better, know more, and plan on going back soon.
