DO NOT USE eyeSpyOptometry in downtown Calgary!! Worst customer service ever. With the snow and construction downtown I was 10min late for an appt. And they cancelled it! I spent 40min getting there (when it normally takes me 20min to get downtown )in crap weather and construction. I left early and made the effort and they wouldn’t adjust for 10min! The team at Eye Spy Optometry have always been great for myself and my family. We have used Eye Spy for the past few years and after watching our eyes, I needed to get glasses. Lara, Dr Ross, and the rest of the team were great to help us get our eyes checked, get the right prescription and frames picked out, and make sure that we were well taken care of.
