My family and I had appointments last Saturday with Dr. Roach and oh my goodness, she is AMAZING! From the very beginning, the pre-examination process was smooth, professional, and thorough. The staff explained everything clearly and made sure my children, ages 8 and 12, were comfortable every step of the way. My experience was very disappointing. I arrived for my appointment on time early at that, only to be told I needed to reschedule. On top of that, the doctor was extremely rude with smart remarks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—honestly, I wouldn’t even take a goldfish here!
Being a teacher means that all family appointments happen during the summer. This last Saturday was our family eye doctor appointments. All five of us scheduled appointments, and I could not be more pleased with the way the office handled my three young children. They were patient, kind, and understanding. We will forever be at this doctors office.
