Dr. Rama is friendly and does a good job, but this visit he kept me waiting for a full 20 minutes - and I was the only person in the waiting area right when they reopened after lunch. I felt extremely tense and frustrated by the time he came into the room because I had scheduled a specific open time in my day and needed to get back to work. I hope he works on his punctuality.
