Dr. Schumacher was great. I have no issues with him. But his nurses, partially one was not good at all. When they took me back for my surgery she stated that she had given me a valume to relax me. After thinking for a minute I said you did not give me one. She very snotty said yes I did! I informed her that she most certainly did not! Then she said she gave it to me while I was waiting in the hall, which I informed her I got eye drops put in but no pill! So she says we'll aren't you Peggy. I said no I an Cindy! I felt safe and comfortable with Dr Schumacher. I wouldn't want to see anyone else for my surgeries. As far as returning calls, not so much. The front desk were very nice and surgery staff were a blessing for my anxiety before surgery. They were great at calming me. I love this office. I highly recommend them.

I had a decent experience here. With Dr. Schumacher. Office staff was always pleasant. Maybe a bit scattered. I offered to pay every time I was in. They said don't worry, we'll bill you. I never got an actual bill. But a notice I was past due! Lol. So. Billing could use some work. But surgery, both eyes, very successful! And the surgery prep staff were wonderful.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Patel and his office. To start, Dr. Patel himself is incredibly dry and lacks any sense of personality or empathy. The office building is in terrible condition—run-down, dirty, and clearly in desperate need of renovation and basic cleaning. It was hard to feel comfortable in such a neglected environment.
