Everyone at this place is amazing. Absolutely hospitable and very transparent doctor, staff and optician. This place was recommended to me on Nextdoor. The optician, Cathleen, here is very sincere, honest and helpful. She has helped me a ton with glasses and contact lenses. She is a great teacher and provides appropriate guidance.
Great experience. Absolutely great customer service all around. Highly recommend. I made a mistake and they fixed it for me no problem.
Beware! There is a problem on the optician side of this business. I have had good experiences with Drs. Kirk and McCafferty and will return to see them, but, like others, the optician side proved to be a scam in my opinion. I had glasses made from Dr. McCafferty's prescription, at the optician portion of the business. At the time the frames were selected. the optician, Kathleen, told me that I could return them within three months if they were not right for me, and that she wanted me to be "completely satisfied" with my glas... read more
