Wait time is long but Dr. Liu is fantastic!!
Came in today after seeing they were accepting new patients, and I’m so glad I did! The receptionist, Neisa, was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. She got me an appointment way sooner than MyEyeDr next door! The whole experience was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Although the doctors are very good and get 5 stars, the office appears to schedule to many people to close together. Over the years there has not been an appointment that we haven't had to wait 45+ after the appointment time just for the preliminary stuff then more time to see the doctor.
Had a 3:15 appointment and currently 3:50 and still waiting. I arrived at 3 to make sure I wouldn’t be late. Have taken everyone that came in after me. Have even already taken my payment.
The other day I need to see them ASAP and they got me for my eye injury. The nurse and front desk where so welcome and the doctor was amazing and explain everything to me ...than next day they were amazing too and very helpful and very polite and respectful defend will go back there and will recommend them... very clean place and when u walk in door very respectful people on phone and at desk. I want say thank to the one that made my appointment she was so polite and thank to the nurse and doctor that help with my eye.... th... read more
