Had a horrible experience that changed my life forever. Told me my eyesight was good when I had actually suddenly lost vision in my eye.
I have been going to Dr. Buka for over 25 years and I have to say he is fantastic. He has always listened to my questions and answers any questions that he can. He has done surgery on my I and everything went great. I could never see myself going to any other eye doctor but Dr. Buka. He is both professional and caring.
I think Dr. Buka is a very skilled professional that's really good at what he does, granted he doesn't have the warmest bedside manner, but that doesn't take away from his level of expertise. I use to really like the way appointments, follow ups were handled, but not so much now. The staff is pleasant, but the whole call, leave a message we'll get back with you leaves me frustrated and in the past I never had a problem getting an appointment. Now it's become so frustrating.
