I have been going to Dr. Buka for over 25 years and I have to say he is fantastic. He has always listened to my questions and answers any questions that he can. He has done surgery on my I and everything went great. I could never see myself going to any other eye doctor but Dr. Buka. He is both professional and caring.
I think Dr. Buka is a very skilled professional that's really good at what he does, granted he doesn't have the warmest bedside manner, but that doesn't take away from his level of expertise. I use to really like the way appointments, follow ups were handled, but not so much now. The staff is pleasant, but the whole call, leave a message we'll get back with you leaves me frustrated and in the past I never had a problem getting an appointment. Now it's become so frustrating. Been going to Dr Buka for a few years. My family doctor highly recommends him now it comes time for Cataract surgery, this is the only doctor I trust with something so important as my vision surgery is scheduled. People in his office are phenomenal. His surgical coordinator Yolanda explained everything from what I have to do to the results.
