1st impression =terrible. Called to make a new patient appt & told the lady who answered that I was told the referral was faxed over to their office from the PCP’s office yesterday. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t & what fax number was it sent to. Told her I have no idea but that I would call the PCP again & I asked what the correct fax # was. Now that Quigley has taken over Dr. Lamensdorf's practice, they are HORRIBLE. They cancelled my appointment in January and said they would call to reschedule. That never happened. When I called in March to schedule, I was told it would be July. Tried to get copies of my records and that has proven to be a futile attempt. I would NEVER recommend them.

Whew! My head is still spinning after spending 30 minutes in the surreal world of Dr. Lamensdorf. With an ego that is somewhere in the stratosphere, he engages you in a rather one-sided theatrical conversation during which you have to struggle to get a word in edgewise. No matter, though, because he doesn’t really seem to care about what you have to say anyway. First and last impression - Outstanding :) From the first phone call with Kathy at the front desk, to Lorraine, Karen & Sarah at check-out. Everyone is super sweet and friendly. The office and waiting areas are very clean and tidy. Dr.L is a very cool and wise man. He provided me with a thorough explanation of my exam with some much needed witty banter. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.
