The people are horrendous. They can all speak English but chose to speak Chinese when I clearly don’t understand what they are saying and won’t explain to me the situation in English. Although they don’t say anything, their body language indicates their impatience and move onto the next person if you’re taking too long.
They overcharged my inshuriance $70. Pls refund to inshuriance before I contact them and start bbb record. It’s discusting.
