Dr Hong was excellent!! Taught me something new about meibomiam glands and how it affects dry eyes. Especially, with electronic devices. In all of my years, no optometrist have ever mentioned that. Therefore, I think we need more great doctors like her. Thank you for the education, and for the great insight. Service was superb and staff is always friendly. my glasses kept sliding during a work day, and I asked the nearby optometry to tighten the frames even though I didn’t get it from them. they fixed my glasses. service was super friendly and accommodating!
The friendliest and most efficient optometry office I’ve ever been to. I’m so glad I decided to try them out for my most recent exam, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and caring and the exam itself was super thorough. They have new technology I've never seen before that shows really neat images of my eyes. I brought my whole family in for eye exams, and the experience was amazing! The office is modern, spotless, and surprisingly comfortable, which helped my kids relax right away. Everyone on the team was patient and kind, taking extra time to make sure we understood our options. The doctor was thorough and made the visit feel personal rather than rushed.
