Took our son for an eye exam as it's required by his preschool. While his insurance covers the eye exam, be aware Eye Society charges $15 just to fill out the form which is literally not even 5 questions. Front desk was not friendly at all. Wait time was a good almost 20 mins. We went into a room for some examination, moved back to the check in area to wait for another room to open up, then moved into that room just to get a few eye drops in my son’s eyes.
