Dr Loren recently looked after my son who had a serious, rare problem affecting his vision. I found her professional concern to be exemplary. She showed wonderful clinical care and knowledge and went out of her way to help secure further investigations and follow up our progress. I also see Dr Loren who I have always found to be caring and very thorough in her examinations. She has a great way with kids which helped us enormously in assessing my child appropriately during a very stressful time. Thanks Dr Loren!
Great clinic, staff and doctors are really friendly. Can get busy sometimes as they see plenty of kids here.
Thank heavens for Dr Rose. My daughter had been experiencing eye pain and we could not understand why. Naturally we were concerned. Dr Rose carried out thorough examinations and got to the bottom of it. She took the time to explain to us in detail what was happening and how to deal with it. I was not able to attend a subsequent follow up visit due to COVID restrictions. My husband took my daughter in to see Dr Rose. Recently referred to eyesmile for my 12 year old. We’ve never been to an eye specialist and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was super impressed with the warm welcome from the reception staff. Alison, who did the initial tests and put drops in, explained each test to my daughter and made her feel completely comfortable. Then we saw Dr Rose who was thorough and gentle and took time to describe what was happening and why.
