THESE GUYS ARE LIFESAVERS!! All the other eye places aren't even answering their phones right now, or offer the bare minimum of customer service, but Eye Site extended my prescription and helped me order another year of contacts during this pandemic when I can't get a current eye exam and order in the office. I was in a catch-22 since I wasn't able to order online with an expired prescription, then you guys came through, and I can't thank you enough!! <3
They deleted my review (see Yelp and Google) but here's a fun update: My appointment was last January 2017. It's now April 2018 and I have received e-mail, calls and text messages regarding an appointment for tomorrow that I never made. I have repeatedly "cancelled" said appointment but keep receiving your spam. You guys must really be hurting to make fake appointments over a year out.
They eye exam was very thorough and I like the doctor however, It’s been over a month and I am still waiting for my prescription glasses! The first pair came in after 2 1/2 weeks(although it was supposed to only take 5-7 work days).I brought them back after 5 days to make a slight adjustment and they broke them. They had to order another pair but I was assured they would be expedited.
