We had an exceptional experience at Eye See Optique in Dumfries! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The selection of frames was fantastic, with several styles and brands available. The team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair of glasses and ensure they fit perfectly. We are beyond impressed with the level of care and service we received.
After 20 years with the same ophthalmologist, I was skeptical at first, but I had an excellent virtual visit with the eye doctor. The opticians who are on site in the Dumfries store, are friendly and knowledgeable and provide great service. They go out of their way to help you choose frames and adjust them for the right fit. Highly recommend.
The remote consultation was seamless. I actually felt like it was quicker than traditional appointment. The part when they test which lens is better was straight to the point and accurate (perhaps more accurate). The staff there were super nice. Overall, I would recommend and go back.
