Dr. Chen is an excellent doctor. He has empathy for his patience and truly cares. He has taken time to explain how to manage my eye troubles. I’m 72 and finally met a doctor that really cares.
I've had problems getting bifocals to work well for me, and asked for help from the original optometrist, the glasses shop and two other optometrists and never got any glasses that worked well. Andrew dug in and solved the problem even though it was time consuming. I made some mistakes that made matters worse and he was incredibly kind despite my errors.
