I walked into eye savers to schedule an appointment. I asked the front desk person wheather they take walk in's or if I could make an appointment? Her reply was we are closed for the day. Mind you it was 5:20pm on Wednesday and their sign and all websites say they close at 6pm.
Your employees need to think about how they treat people, not just customers! Thomasville is a small town and news gets around quick! It was an issue in your parking lot this morning!

I purchased eyeglasses and contacts from Eyesavers in January 2010 for my son and myself. I was over charge due to an insurance issue. I have been trying to get reimbursed since that time and still have not gotten any satisfaction. I have called the manager several times and she promised that she will look into why I have not gotten a refund. That was the last time I heard from her.
