....unnecessarily, rude & Unhelpful...got mad when I pointed out the contacts were expired...had to make too many trips... ...disappointing, to say the least...
I used to go to "the big W" for my exams and glasses. Never again. Bristol road Eye Refractory had the best customer service and the best value. As long as they continue on this road they will be my choice for my optical needs.
