Staff thinks they’re all bad, stuck up I suppose. They may be overwhelmed, but not an excuse to be rude. Also, you can tell they know they’re being rude because they finally answer the question in guilt. Oh well. So be it.
😵 I was supposed to have surgery months ago. This company only cares about one thing, $$$$! They keep rescheduling me and blaming it on insurance issues. Even though I keep offering to pay out of pocket. My two insurances keep saying they will pay for the surgery, but just getting the payment to go through for the assessment beforehand is too much for them to handle. I'm here for the 3rd time, and they're already threatening to reschedule AGAIN. WTAF! I'm going to be blind by the time they figure this ish out. 🤬
