I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I was during my exam. Dr Borba explained the procedures and her recommendations thoroughly. She took the time to reassure me that her referral to a specialist is important, but not urgent. That I should not worry about the couple of months it will take to be seen. Overall, very pleased and will continue my annual exam with her.
This appointment was a mess! Not sure what the deal was with staff if overbooked or what but my appointment was for 2:45pm and didn’t see the doctor until 4:40ish. Doctor Borba is still great and did apologize but to me if an appointment is set keep the schedule on time. I do realize things come up but this was not a good experience.
