I have been a patient around seven years and am very happy with the service. I am never rushed, and come out with a great prescription and beautiful frames.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting my paperwork started. The doctor was very friendly and nice. She was very dedicated to making sure I got the best glasses possible. She went above and beyond for me. As I was picking out frames, the staff was really helpful in aiding me to find the right frames. They gave me plenty of options, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive frames I did like. In fact, they tried to find frames that were more inexpensive since I was paying out of pocket. I think this Dr. Quenzer and her staff are personable and kind. They are also professional but not stuffy. This is the best place I could recommend. I have been coming here since I moved to Lincoln 6+ years ago.
