I popped in yesterday afternoon after my sunglasses arm unscrewed from the lenses, hoping maybe someone could put a screw in and fix them. I knocked on the door and the women opened, clearly irritated. She said, Picking up?” Not hello, just barked. I said no, with a smile and held up my sunglasses, but before I could ask if they could possibly repair them, she barked again, “we don’t do that”! Everything about my yearly appointment was such a pleasant experience. Dr Joe Carrock was amazing, thorough, and kind. The optician, Diane gave great recommendations for my glasses, and knew all about the latest and newest fashion. Plus she took the time to ensure I was going to get the best deal!! Overall it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Eye Q!!
We called to have our 15yr old try contacts and they got us in the next day! They really took the time teaching her how to wear the contacts and she was able to go home in them! Very friendly and personable. Highly recommend!
Dr. Carrock and Diane took very good care of me and made me feel very welcomed! They both did an excellent job at creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Diane did an awesome job helping me pick out glasses that look great on me!
I had an excellent experience today. Dr. Carrock and Diane were extremely helpful and understanding of my vision needs. Dr. Carrock's willingness to try and find the perfect contact fit was refreshing. The office is impeccably maintained. All safety protocols were in place and practiced with care.
