Rich made my prosthesis several years ago and I have zero complaints. In fact, I have had several optometrists and ophthalmologists tell me it is the best eye prosthetic they have ever seen. One optometrist even went to give me an eye exam and started looking in the wrong eye because he couldn't tell which was the real one.
Receiving a prosthetic eye is highly emotional. I experienced the stages of grief and was pretty hopeless when I met the team at EPU. I asked my doctor to put me in touch with an actual client of EPU to get a sense of how to navigate this new territory. The client I met RAVED about Travis and couldn't have been more pleased. They seem like good people who take pride in their work. Be prepared to PAY! An annual check-up just cost me more than $500. This came as a total surprise to us.
Richard, and Travis are both amazing (the whole office is) they make you feel like family, and you can feel their concern for whatever problems you have. They go above and beyond to try and make you as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! As soon as you walk through the front door the receptionist makes you feel welcome.
