I have been here several times in the past three months and every experience has been nothing but great! Everyone is knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr. Sellers is fantastic and very thorough with all of her exams, explaining things as she goes. I would recommend Eye Point Optometry to everyone!!
Excellent care! The billing/administrative side could use some help. Numerous times I've asked if I owe anything, please send me the bill. Invariably, when I do my annual check-in, there's a balance due that I've not been aware of. I've repeatedly asked to be billed with no success. I would rather the business owe me than me owe the business and not know it.
