I had a good experience with the doctor and the staff. They were polite, professional, and answered my questions with much patience. I went back a few times to get my new glasses adjusted and they were very accommodating.

Customer service is terrible, especially the older and bigger receptionist. She is very rude with a big fat attitude to my family. I don't know why. She did not explain clearly my insurance to me, and claimed that I did not understand. In a business, patience and clear communication is important. Never apologies nor thank you, as she never learned how to say it. I had to give a credit to the doctor who explains it to me. Unprofessional customer service and communication to resolve a mistake made by an employee. Yes, this is long but here’s my experience (TIA for reading, and no I’m not normally “a Karen”).
