I called on a Friday morning, 7:35am with an emergent issue. I was not currently a patient but in need of seeing an opthalmologist ASAP. The lady I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. She was able to squeeze me in and I arrived at the office less than an hour later. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was so helpful and informed me that I was in fact being squeezed between other appointments and there may be a wait. Completely understandable. Dr Dahlgren is the best. He answers all my concerns and worries. I feel very comfortable and worry free under his care for my eyes. This is the best place for eye care anywhere.
Had an annual diabetic eye exam with Matthew Dahlgren, MD at the Burlington WI clinic. He and his staff were outstanding. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout my clinic time from registration through ending instructions. I was given my glasses prescription for future reference. Dr Dahlgren is very easy to talk to and listens well to any concerns. I would highly recommend this provider and clinic to family, friends and others.
