Called and somebody picked up the phone and didn’t say anything. I stayed connected for about three minutes and then they hung up. I called back and got a person and they acted clueless. this is not a good sign for somebody who’s trying to find a new doctor. Too many others that are more professional if they can’t be trusted to answer the phone, then I’m not gonna trust them with my eyes!
Dr. Stacy Story has been my physician for many years. She's very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I am so thankful and blessed to have her as my physician.
They obviously did not want to help me. On my first visit they were nice gave me medicine, and set up my follow up appointment. I was excited to return and solve this problem, only to be told no. I do not know why they had a change of heart about helping me but I've been dealing with this eye so long I want to do it myself at this point.
