Very upset with this office. I specifically requested a contact brand that met the measurements that the doctor prescribed. I knew the brand would fit and was comfortable. Instead, the doctor intentionally wrote another brand because she got a payoff. This brand was double the price and made my eyes watery and irritated my eyes. I will not be going back to this doctor office. The eye doctor was Smitta Govilla. Stay away from this office and that doctor.

They made us rush out of a family funeral to make a 3:30pm appointment (would not let us reschedule to the next day) only to make us sit around waiting for 2 hours. Apparently long waits are normal here. Find a different doctor to go to if you want your time to be respected

Recently, I had cataract surgery by Dr. Vora. My experience with the doctor and every one of his staff was A+++. I had very little wait time for my appointments. The surgery was quick, painless, efficient. Everything associated with my experience was handled with kindness, professionalism, efficiency, and skill. The facilities are bright, clean, and pleasant. All of the staff I met were friendly and efficient. Dr. Vora was informative and kind, and he listened to all my concerns patiently. If you are in the area or not, you ... read more

They confirmed for me they participated with auto insurance, took 3 months for an appointment and when the day finally came they don’t participate and wanted cash for the appointment. Dealing with vertigo, post concussion and nystagmus symptoms. 3 months wasted There’s a reason they have such a poor overall rating

All it took from me was one phone call and I had no choice but to give them a one star. I made an appointment for my mother to see the office in newton since we live in Sussex and that would be the closest location. The young girl on the phone grabbed the info, made the appointment without even asking the reason of the visit or why we wanted to be there. Mind you the appt made was a month and a half from now but I had no choice since they are the only office in the area. Roughly a half hour later I get a call back from the s... read more
