I have been a regular patient here for many years; mostly for routine eye exams and most recently for cataract surgery. In my experience, the staff has always been both friendly and helpful. It took at least a month to get an appointment. Within that waiting time I was advised to make sure the doctor was in my network which I did. I showed up 20 min early the day of the appointment only to be told they do not accept my coverage. I told them that I had just verified with my provider that the doctor was definitely in their network. Very inefficient office...if you make appointment here don't expect to get in and out in a respectable amount of time...and I wouldn't recommend making other plans for afterwards you'll likely be late my current trip has me sitting in the parking lot waiting over 2 hours for my elderly mother and this is a common occurrence here from my experience.
