Sometimes you have to wait for a long time. Sometimes they mess up with your appointments. Sometimes it just takes longer than what they told you but once you’re in, the staff is amazing, attentive and friendly. I have done two laser procedures and I want to highlight the knowledge and care from Dr. Amit Vora. Thank you so much, doctor.
Hours long wait. Hard to reach by phone. They always overbook. Staff and Dr are great when you can actually get in the back.
I have been a regular patient here for many years; mostly for routine eye exams and most recently for cataract surgery. In my experience, the staff has always been both friendly and helpful. It took at least a month to get an appointment. Within that waiting time I was advised to make sure the doctor was in my network which I did. I showed up 20 min early the day of the appointment only to be told they do not accept my coverage. I told them that I had just verified with my provider that the doctor was definitely in their network. The ladies at the desk guranteed my that they don't and advised me to step aside so that they could attend to other patients , yet i was the only one not attended to and everyone else w... read more
