The poorly organized office procedures meant that several unanswered phone calls over a two-week period were necessary simply to make an appointment with the staff person who schedules surgery. The pre-surgery communication was incomplete and erroneous. I can't explain the amount of gratitude I have towards all the staff here. I'm so blesses this is where I was sent to take my 1 year old. To have anxiety as a mother for your child to go through some thing is so hard but to have every single person treating your baby so sweet and being so nurturing, gives so much comfort and relief!! Thank you to every one and especially the recovery room nurses.. When I walked into the recovery room ... read more
