Dr. Reiss was wonderful with my brother who has had glaucoma his whole life and recently had an acute elevation of his intra-ocular pressures. Dr. Reiss explained everything thoroughly, including options should the situation worsen. Most importantly, he and his team, were able to see my brother on an emergent basis ( within 5 days of the referral). I recommend him highly for his knowledge, skills, and his "bedside" manner.
Dr. Patel is outstanding. Professional, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and a nice man. He never rushes through my appointment. Explains everything and truly cares about my well being. His assistant, Alana, is every bit as good as Dr. Patel. Whole heartedly recommend Dr. Patel! Jim Haskell
The staff and Doctors are awesome. Dr. Patel and Dr. Wong are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering questions my husband had. The staff doing the tests needed for cataract surgery go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and not nervous. Rachael K is very good at her job! Tiffany explains everything needed for the scheduling, needs and financial for surgery. Thank you.
My eye surgeon, Dr. Patel is an amazing eye surgeon. He is precise, and caring. His backup support team in office are the same. They want to give the Best care to their patients and they are incredibly organized with whatever assistance you may need. I felt cared for right from the start!
I needed a laser treatment on both of my eyes. There were multiple staff members including Dr. Patel. All of them were courteous, professional and effective. I have nothing but praise for them.
