Dr. Reiss takes the time to understand his patients’ needs and circumstances, and he’s a talented surgeon who never seems rushed. Dr. Gross is kind, caring, and thorough, remembering past conversations and coming prepared, already knowing which patients she’ll see that day. When I mentioned symptoms unrelated to my eye care, she encouraged me to get checked out, which led to seeing an oncologist—possibly saving my life. The whole staff is polite and courteous.

Initial peruse of reviews indicated a mix of ratings and comments. I am so happy to share that the process at Eye Physicians & Surgeons of Arizona was simply incredible. Minimal wait time, on time, polite, professional, and more than I expected. This was my first visit for a consultation. The process was like clock work, each area ready for my arrival for each station. It was actually fun working with the staff as they explained each exam of both eyes. The staff is very professional. Dr. Patel is wonderful. He is all business, but I got him to smile. The cataract surgery that he performed was excellent. Dr. Gross, also was great. She gave me more in-depth helpful contact information to address other sight issues than other eye specialists have done. I believe that the doctors really tend to provide comprehensive treatment, including recommendations for continuing care.

Great experience ay Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Arizona. At this point, I have had one cataract removed with stellar results. The other eye is scheduled for this week. Everyone at the office are s friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Patel took the time to explain my options and made suggestions when asked to. No pressure, just calm assurance. I highly recommend this group.

I was scared at first, after the first eye, didn't want the second because it was painful. Only had a mild block it was not enough but they kept making me more comfortable as it went along. One the second eye I elected to go with the full block, much more comfortable and was treated quite well in the surgery center. The post op visits went extremely well, addressed all my questions. Love this office, the surgeon, all the PAs very pleasant and kind. Been going to this office several years and will continue to do so.
