I will agree with all about the staff being friendly. But I’m not happy with the service I have received. I had my exam done last year in August and didn’t receive my trials until April of this year due to barriers in between none of which were my doing. Mind you I had to come out of pocket for the exam for my contacts. I was due for an exam now in August in which I would have to pay again granted I was unable to utilize the contacts for the full year. Super sweet staff and very thorough eye exam! The doctor explained everything he was doing and made sure I knew what was happening. Definitely will be going back for my next eye exam :)
Very professional office. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were friendly and courteous. Dr. Balocca is very professional yet patient and knowledgeable. He was incredibly thorough and willing to answer any questions we had. Great with kids of all ages. I would highly recommend Dr. Balocca.
