Worst hold music EVER!!
I went to my regular eye exam and normally just pay ten dollars for a normal eye exam for my eyes and on my paperwork I specially put I do not won’t what my insurance do not cover. I went to leave and was looking forward to paying ten dollars but was charged 50 dollars because they said they did a health exam on my eyes that I did not ask for and was not informed about it. Horrible experience making an appt. I've been a loyal clients for years but was unable to make multiple appt for my family. The excuse given was not warranted given we have efferent insurance. The manager informed me that I would have to make my time two after my other families members. The whole process doesn't make sense. They should change this ridiculous new policy that new management has. I'm waiting for them to make it right
