I had an. Appointment with the Dr. the staff confirmed my appointment not once but twice. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment only to be told the Dr. cancelled due to his in ability to get out of his driveway in Indianola, WHAT !! The appointment had just been reconfirmed less than 2 hours prior. The staff was cordial and polite but this was not in their control, I felt bad for the employees. Maybe time for the optician to move on.
