HORRIBLE! Promised glasses in 2 weeks. Has been over 4 weeks and still no glasses. Lame excuses from manager. Wont answer phones either.
I have always been happy with eyemart and their customer service until recently. The girls have always been nice and helpful and the doctors have been outstanding. Though my most recent visit will cause me to go elsewhere. I have had to call and go into the office a few different times and each time I have talked to or dealt with Shelby Edwards and have experienced the worst customer service. Every interaction she is rude, not helpful at all, and very negative. I really hope that they address her poor customer service before... read more
