I have had progressive bifocal glasses for 30 years with photo gray tint. I have been a Kaiser member ever since I started prescription glasses. The prescription glasses that I had been getting from Kaiser were ok but I always seem to struggle a bit when looking up close and out far. Dr. Lucy Yen saw me right away for an eye infection. (There was no waiting for her exam.) She and her staff have always done thorough and gentle evaluations, and been most helpful regarding their recommendations for other eye problems I have had. I rate her highly.
