Customer Service is excellent. The lady who took care of me , can’t remember her name but she is Asian, was very patient and helped me find the right pair of glasses for me.
Had a great experience here! Dr. Hsieh is very patient and answered all my questions. I will be coming here for my eye care from now on!
Doctors make uncomfortable trusting someone makes me even more uncomfortable. When you grow to have respect and trust for a physician you keep returning. Also the staff works to accommodate me even at the last minute. A recent occurrence which I appreciate.
